- Discussions with all relevant elements of the business
Gordian Enterprises consultants for around 20 man days | Output- A report containing:
- Summary findings including an initial priority list for cleansing deficient data that has been identified so far as part of the scoping
- A high-level data map showing where the identified data stores are, who is responsible for them and the inputs and outputs
- High-level project plan
- Suggestions for resourcing the resultant work
- Any specific risks identified in the data project
- Propose a suitable approach for ensuring the business usage of the data is taken into account as part of the integration
